About Rob
Rob founded the business over 12 years ago with a simple idea: build a team of ambitious people who push each other to win. What he’s most proud of today isn’t just the company—it’s the people in it. The team spirit, the drive, and the way everyone backs each other to achieve their goals is something he says he’s never seen anywhere else.
Rob believes in success by association: spend time with people who think big, work hard, and refuse to quit. That mindset shapes the culture he’s built—entrepreneurial, relentless, and always aiming higher.
Outside of work, anything competitive has Rob’s attention. Rugby, snowboarding, a heated game of UNO—if there’s a winner and a loser, he’s in. He’s also still riding the glory of hitting a six at the County Ground, which may or may not get mentioned more often than necessary.
For Rob, success is about two things: seeing his team win and providing for his family. And if that happens along the way to helping people around him build their own success stories—even better.

Recruitment Manager / Fixer of Everything
About Remy
Remy ran her own digital marketing business before joining the team, so she knows her way around a tricky problem—or three. She loves being part of a group where everyone lifts each other up, celebrates the small wins, and occasionally debates with the team whether her blood type is “espresso”. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her hiking with Wilf—her little French Bulldog x Poodle who thinks he’s much bigger than he is—hunting down the cosiest coffee shops, or planning where she’s heading next (probably somewhere cold and monotonous!) Consistency is her secret weapon: showing up, supporting others, and keeping the energy high, whether she’s untangling a to-do list or untangling Wilf from his latest mischief.

Lewis Munro
Events and Partnerships Manager / Chief Fun Officer
About Lewis
Lewis joined the team in March 2025 and quickly became the go-to guy for energy, laughs, and keeping the office vibe high. He thrives on dealing with a feminine office, finding ways to build resilience, and squeezing the most fun out of every day—whether that’s winding up Remy, cheering on a football match, or a night out with the boys at the pub.
Originally from the best county in the world (Dorset, of course), Lewis brings charisma, jokes, and a knack for getting things done—like booking top-quality locations without breaking a sweat. When he’s not at work, you’ll catch him planning his next pitch for the R&R trip (Turkey, Calista Hotel, anyone?), indulging in the latest health trend, or just soaking up life with his mates.

About Macy
Macey could talk your ear off about her love of travel, her obsession with cars, or the latest music festival she’s planning to hit—but what really drives her is helping people grow. She spent 5.5 years tutoring students aged 2–18 in every subject imaginable, then ran her own tuition centre for 1.5 years before jumping into recruitment in October 2023. She thrives in a supportive, fun environment where everyone pushes each other to do better, and she’s always ready to answer questions, share advice, or cheer someone on. Don’t be surprised if she ends up giving you more career tips than you expected… and some car facts on the side. When she’s not working, she’s plotting her next adventure in South America, sipping matcha, or hunting down live music events. Fun fact: she’s mixed race—Spanish and Jamaican—and her great aunt is the princess of Jordan!

About Lewis
Cam would probably tell you he’s just as happy behind a bar as he is leading a team—but don’t let that fool you. He joined the business in January 2025 from being the life and soul of a village pub and, in just over a year, smashed his way to assistant ownership, proving that progression really is in your own hands.
He thrives on opportunity and support, constantly pushing himself to break a comfort zone every day. Whether he’s watching football and rugby, catching up with friends, or planning his next road trip, he brings energy and engagement to everything he does. Fun fact: he’s not religious, but he’s officially a pilgrim—because why not add a little adventure to life?
