About the role

In this on-site position as an Event Sales Representative, you will work closely with our talented team to organize and deliver impactful promotional events that create lasting impressions and drive customer engagement. You will be face-to-face with customers at live event sites, representing exciting brands, sharing product knowledge, and closing sales on the spot. As the face of the brand, you will need to be energetic, persuasive, and professional.

Your responsibilities

– Represent client products with confidence and enthusiasm at live events
– Promote product features and benefits through engaging conversations
– Help new customers sign up or make direct purchases on-site
– Answer questions and guide customers through the buying process
– Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets
– Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand with integrity
– Support post-event feedback sessions to assess success and identify improvements.

Our Service

OUR PROCESS

Initial Interview

Stage 1

After we receive an application, either Remy will call the candidate or they’ll dial in for an informal chat so we can gauge suitability. Successful applicants are then invited to a relaxed 10–15 minute face-to-face first impression meeting.

We keep this stage simple - no deep-dive into CVs. Instead, we ask three key questions:
1. What do you understand about RedSeven and our event-sales work?
2. What strengths do you have that would make you successful in the role?
3. What values do you look for in a workplace?

This helps us understand their fit with our team culture.

Second Interview

Stage 2

Candidates selected for stage two attend a group presentation led by our team. Here, we cover what a day at RedSeven looks like, how we reward our people, our career paths, and the values that drive our culture.

After the presentation, each candidate has a one-on-one debrief and completes a short questionnaire. This gives both sides a chance to ask questions, clarify details, and confirm excitement for the role. From there, we decide whether to extend an offer.

Onboarding Day

Stage 3

When a candidate is offered a role, we invite them into the office for a meet and greet, paperwork, and an introduction to the team - often during a morning meeting so they can experience the full atmosphere.

Their induction day is scheduled for the closest available date, led by Rob, our Managing Director. Induction covers product knowledge, structured conversations, and essential compliance training to prepare them for success in the field.
